Multidisciplinary office renovation
After over a decade in the IT services sector, Accurate Systems decided to renew its image and strengthen its positioning as an IT consultancy for companies. Vitale developed a global communication strategy that structured the design of all brand elements and environments, from branding to the interior design of its offices.
The project aims to update and reposition the business as an IT consultancy specialized in the development of large-scale projects. The office design features an open concept that highlights the company’s potential with a bold linear worktable arrangement that fosters the cross-functionality of corporate routines and communication among the multidisciplinary team. A comfortable workspace design that conveys the brand’s innovative spirit and values such as empathy and efficiency.
How to optimize space in a small office
The design focuses on timeless aesthetics, where the brand’s corporate color is integrated into the overall design. This small office maximizes the limited 45 m² space available. Inspired by the aesthetics of heat dissipation systems for computer components, a nearly 10-meter-long sculptural element is suspended from the ceiling with acoustic properties. The repetition of vertically arranged sound-absorbing panels minimizes the noise impact from frequent phone conversations and video conferences among the technical team.
This is a cost-effective intervention that starts with a space with ceilings only 252 cm high. Much of the ceiling structure remains exposed, minimally repaired, and simply finished with paint, becoming part of the office decor, combined with the pipes that carry the lighting cables (serving as lines to reference technology).
Interior design and renovation of the workspace
Vinyl flooring with a wood-like aesthetic (only 3 mm thick) covers the existing ceramic flooring without losing height, improving both acoustic and thermal comfort.

Before and After
The space had been the company’s headquarters for several years. It was a space with limited natural light and a width of just 390 cm, narrowing further in the stair area. The project removes the false ceiling to restore the maximum available height of the space (250 cm) and reconfigures the layout to create a zone with four spacious workstations arranged in a line, integrated with the circulation hallway. The required program includes an entrance reception area, a private meeting room, and a printing and storage area under the stairs.
Branding
The identity design for Accurate Systems focuses on simplicity and clarity, adopting a minimalist approach that conveys innovation and robustness. The name “Accurate” is prominently featured to ensure the brand is easily recognizable, while the tagline highlights its expertise and global IT consultancy services. The selected colors are essential for reinforcing the brand’s personality: orange for dynamism and approachability, gray for neutrality and reliability, and black for elegance and sophistication. These visual elements are carefully combined to convey values such as innovation, trust, and efficiency, while maintaining a clean and professional aesthetic suitable for the industry.
