The interior design, branding, and naming project for the residential complex focuses on building a community and promoting well-being in a tangible way. Calma is a premium residential project born out of the desire to design homes and spaces with purpose, with a “why” and a “for what.” A project that creates genuine, conscious, and healthy environments for the whole family and the surroundings in which they live.

Residencial Calma encourages a lifestyle based on both physical and emotional well-being. Designed for the senses, it inspires relaxation, balance, and harmony. A building that promotes self-care through common spaces that encourage healthy habits: sports, introspection, relaxation, and calm. Whether alone or in community, it accommodates any activity necessary to live positively. Open spaces where light and views are the protagonists. Bright homes and functional, inspiring common areas.

Under the brand idea “living positively”, a residential project is developed to facilitate the way of life for its inhabitants. Functional spaces that allow you to live well and feel better in a habitat designed to connect. The local character and territory are part of the design. With the purpose of promoting connection with oneself and the surroundings, spaces with meaning are created: a Mediterranean garden with aromatic plants, olive trees, and orange trees; a pool and solarium; a fitness area; interior and exterior social areas; spaces adapted for remote work; and numerous landscaped relaxation zones to find the place to inhabit according to your mood.

The identity of the residential complex is displayed through efficient and direct naming, which inspires the benefit, avoiding clichés and typical names used in the sector, such as those focused on location, etc. “Calma, habitatge en positiu” represents a leading brand in the sector, with the goal of conveying the benefit it provides: relaxation, balance, harmony, and well-being. Valencian is chosen as the language to establish a direct connection with the character and territory of our target audience.
